Custom Copper and Metal Work Inspection

Property owners will be given a pdf report with exact dimensions, photos, and diagnosis of issues.  Property report will make recommendations for preventative maintenance, routine maintenance, corrective maintenance, and/or capital improvements.  A rough cost estimate will be included in this report as well as a list of recommended vendors.
