President & CEO
Collin Boltz
Collin Boltz is a construction and property management expert with a specialty in historical preservation. He earned his Real Estate brokers license in 201 7 and has worked with a wide variety of investment properties. Collin was formerly the Chief Engineer of Level Furnished Suites in downtown Chicago where he managed several luxury high-rise buildings. Collin enjoys practicing secondary languages such as German, Spanish, and Haitian Creole.

Davevontay Johnson
Davevontay Johnson is a handyman and real estate broker in Chicago who has worked for Boltz Properties Ltd since it's founding. Davevontay is a versatile project manager and works regularly with high-rise and mid-rise properties. In addition to project management, Davevontay has earned his Real Estate Brokers license as well as his Community Association Management License. Outside of real estate, Davevontay is an active volunteer with several youth sporting groups.
